RETURNS & TERMS

Refunds are accepted if the item is significantly NOT as described or does not work.Items must be returned within 7 days, or by arrangement.Please contact us about the RETURN ADDRESS for confirmation if you need to return the item.We only accept the original package. Please make sure the item has NO man-made sabotage.Only defective product can be offered exchange, we will not be responsibility if someone who damaged the item when install it.We will refund “original postage costs” but the Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods in transit; but we can assist you to resolve any shipping issues.

SHIPPING

We ship via Australia post and other logistics companies, generally within 2~3 business days. We will only ship to your verified PayPal address – this cannot be a PO Box. sometimes we may need to supply your mobile phone number to the delivery company. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order. All items are dispatched from our shop in New South Wales, Australia. Postage may be combined on multiple purchases – please request via eBay email and wait for final invoice before paying.We are not directly liable for any loss, theft, or damage to any goods in transit; but we can assist yours to resolve any shipping issues.Should you have a change of mind and wish to return your item after receiving it, please note we will need to deduct applicable freight fees from your refund. (please refer to Terms and Conditions for full details)Bidders must agree with the above postage and handling fees before placing their bids.We use recycled packaging material where possible.

1. All policies in the description form part of the “Terms & Conditions”.
3. Please contact us via online@ncsshop.com.au if you have NOT received item in 30 days, we will check it with post office, and then resend or refund any missing item.
4. You must agree to our shipping policies before bidding/buying.
6. We will not be responsible for the delivery or insurance charges incurred in returning item back to us. If you return an item purchased from us, it must be back in Factory Condition. This includes packaging, inserts, manuals etc. Please allow up to 5 Working Days for us to process your returned item.
7. All prices without GST. Delivery charges (postage & packing) is a non-refundable cost unless the item you purchased was incorrectly listed or you were shipped a different product than you ordered.
8. In case of warranty claims, return postage is buyer’s responsibility.
9. In case of refund, postage will NOT be refunded in most cases.
10. We may occasionally send you newsletters via email.
11. Under no circumstances will Newcastle Cleaning Supply Shop be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from any products purchased from Newcastle Cleaning Supply Shop beyond the value of the products purchased, including, but not limited to, any lost profits, time, business interruption, or loss of programs or information.
12. It is buyer’s responsibility to check the product purchased whether it complies with their local state’s standard and regulation.
